Student leaders from the Brookfield Central and Brookfield East High School Hope Squads recently reflected on the important work that they do through their peer-to-peer suicide prevention program.

Brookfield Central students spoke on the importance of the Hope Squad organization and how it has positively impacted the culture of their school and helped eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health. You can see what they said in this video.

Brookfield East students helped illustrate their new Wellness Framework that will provide students and staff with a great start to the school year and beyond. You can check out what they said here.

Elmbrook is home to the first Hope Squads in the state of Wisconsin, a network that has since grown to over 150 Districts. Elmbrook is proud of and grateful to our Hope Squads at all of our secondary schools for the important work that they do each day within their schools.
